The Council on Litigation Management offers amazing training opportunities across the country at absolutely no cost to participants or hosts. The hands-on courses, which provide adjuster CE credits in all requiring states, have been developed by hundreds of experienced professionals and reviewed by the CLM’s Education Committee.
Courses are available for those new to litigation management and those
with years of experience under their belts. Topics range from the basics
of litigation management to hands-on mock trials to mediation strategies.
You provide the conference room, the CLM provides the content, the instructors
