First, some history. The tradition-
al means of defining the intended
scope of premises-based coverage
was the Owner, Landlord and Tenant
(OL&T) form. Location was the key
to the OL&T, which extended only to
losses arising out of the ownership,
maintenance or use of the insured
premises and all operations necessary
